Shipping & Returns
Delivery will be made up to a weight of 2 kg by international registered mail. If the weight of 2 kg, the supply is split into several shipments. This fall for each shipment at once shipping costs!
On request or inquiry, we can also offer larger quantities as a package and express deliveries. Please ask in this case, before placing an order for the shipping cost!
Possible deliveries:
International registered letter to 2 Kg delivery time 2 - 4 weeks
Express to 20 kg Delivery time 3 - 7 working days
Package delivery by ship to 30 kg Delivery time 8 - 10 weeks
International registered shipping for our standard, we charge up to a weight of 2 kg of a flat rate of 5.49 € per shipment, no matter how many items you order!
From a value of 150.00 € is FREE SHIPPING!
Goods will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment to you. You get to shop in your customer a notice that the shipment is made.
After 2-3 days, then the consignment number will be notified of your shipment. The tracking information you can use the link: http://www.track-trace.com/post track.
Please note! Registered mail can be delivered in any packing station! If you are not at the first attempt to deliver at home have been deposited with the postman present an information about a registered letter, which you must then pick up at your local post within 7 days! Otherwise, the merchandise is returned to the sender!
When small amounts of less than 50 € value of goods are usually no customs fees on for you! We have no influence on any customs fees, as these are calculated by your country. Please feel free to ask before placing an order with us!
Payment:
The payment should be made via PayPal or bank transfer within 3 working days.
Liability:
The item will be shipped by registered air mail and is thus assured. If you notice at the handover of the article or damage to the packaging of the item, please inform the delivery person or postal and show the damage!
